Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and Row Level Security policies on all database tables. Only authorised team members can access client data, and only as required to deliver services.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication.
• SMTP2GO: Transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.
• Railway: Application hosting and deployment.

Each provider maintains their own privacy and security practices. We select providers that meet industry-standard security requirements.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of any business relationship plus 12 months. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in the service contract.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Unsubscribe from newsletter communications at any time.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
