The challenge

Customers reached ATI across website chat, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs, while wholesale buyers expected fast catalog, pricing, checkout, and delivery answers. Overnight and concurrent conversations could be lost when operators were unavailable or handling other orders.

What we built

An AI sales employee connected to Odoo Online Enterprise 18, Flutterwave checkout, Yango delivery rules, Meta Cloud APIs, Supabase session state, and a Node.js/TypeScript orchestration layer. The assistant uses separate extraction and conversation prompts so the engine, not the model, owns cart state, catalog validation, order flow, delivery rules, and human escalation.

Business outcome

ATI gets 24/7 order intake across three customer surfaces while Odoo remains the system of record for catalog, pricing, stock, customers, and sale orders. Human operators stay focused on escalations and outside-Accra logistics instead of repetitive availability and order-status handling.
