We built BridgeFolio — a full-stack portfolio management platform that centralizes every property, tenant, transaction, and maintenance request into a single dashboard. Automated investor communications, real-time cashflow tracking, and a KYC onboarding system replaced the manual chaos.

AI-powered sales chatbot for beverage distribution

The problem

ATI Drinks, a beverage distribution company in Ghana, relied on a sales team to manually process orders via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Customers couldn't check product availability, order processing was slow, and the team spent hours on repetitive inquiries instead of growing accounts.

What we built

We built an AI sales assistant using a dual-prompt architecture — one prompt handles natural conversation and customer intent, the other manages structured operations like inventory lookups and order creation. Connected directly to the company's Odoo ERP for live inventory and pricing data.

The problem

Real estate operations spanning multiple properties, tenants, and maintenance teams were running on disconnected systems — accounting in one tool, maintenance tracking in another, tenant communications via WhatsApp. No single source of truth existed for financial performance or operational status.

What we built

We designed and built a 9-module custom ERP from scratch: property management, tenant management, lease tracking, maintenance workflows, financial reporting, vendor management, document storage, communications hub, and analytics dashboards. Everything in one system, purpose-built for how the business actually operates.
