From digital foundations
to operating systems.

XpertLabs began in 2016 as Renaissance ExpertLabs. The work has evolved from digital infrastructure and inbound support into Business Operating Systems, cloud infrastructure, web platforms, automation, and AI employees built for real business environments.

The origin

The first work was infrastructure.

Renaissance ExpertLabs started before today's language around AI employees, agentic systems, and business automation became mainstream.

One of its earliest initiatives, WeHostBusiness, provided digital infrastructure and inbound marketing support for youth-led businesses across Africa from 2016 to 2017. That early work shaped a simple conviction: businesses do not only need advice, branding, or campaigns. They need the tools, workflows, and infrastructure to operate, sell, follow up, manage data, and scale with more discipline.

The evolution

The work moved deeper into how businesses run.

Renaissance ExpertLabs first helped businesses establish their digital foundation: domains, hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and business email services.

Over time, the work moved from presence to operations. The company began building ERP-style workflows, dashboards, internal tools, web applications, and operational platforms that helped teams run the business itself, not just market it.

Today, that foundation extends into custom software development, automation, cloud infrastructure, and AI employees that operate inside real business systems.

The name

A lab where expertise becomes systems.

“XpertLabs” is not a claim that we know every industry from day one. It is a working idea: the lab is where expertise is studied, structured, tested, and turned into systems that can perform defined tasks with oversight.

Expertdomain knowledge, operational judgment, and the details that make a system useful in the real business.

Labsthe place where that expertise becomes tools, workflows, data models, and AI agents that can carry defined tasks.

Renaissancethe renewal of how businesses operate when infrastructure, software, and disciplined automation work together.

In practice, that means turning business knowledge into workflows, databases, dashboards, APIs, and agentic AI systems that help teams do the work with more consistency.

The company today

Built from real operational problems.

XpertLabs is not a traditional consultancy. The company builds from inside real operational problems, using its own ventures and client work as practical environments for refining, improving, and deploying systems that actually run.

That work includes:

BridgeFolio runs portfolio operations for real estate flips, rentals, and investor relationships.

ATI Drinks Ghana runs conversational sales through an AI agent connected to live inventory and order systems.

FYXL ERP runs property operations as the operational backbone for real estate businesses.

FYXL Build Pro provides cryptographically anchored construction evidence for off-plan developments.

XpertLabs does not just sell systems. It uses what it builds.

How we build

Practical systems, not performance.

Every build starts with the operating reality: what needs to happen, who owns it, where the data lives, what approvals are required, and what breaks when the process depends on memory.

The answer may be a website, an internal tool, an ERP workflow, a dashboard, a cloud setup, or an AI employee. The point is not to force one category. The point is to build the system the business actually needs.

That is why XpertLabs builds across the full stack of modern operations: Agentic AI Systems, Business Operating Systems, and Foundational Systems.
